Ellen is a native of Littleton, NH and spent 20 years as an officer in the US Air Force. During her military career, she lived in The Netherlands, Germany and nine US states. She also deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in 2004 for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Ellen is an adventure-seeker, enjoys sports and has traveled to 32 foreign countries. She loves preparing foods from around the world and creating flavorful and delicious meals. She has also competed on The Food Network’s “Chopped” and participated in the “Annual Gingerbread House Challenge” at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.
